Howdy!
I know it's been forever since I last posted. I've been going through a lot these days and I just haven't been up to using the computer. It's so hard for me, with how my back is, to use the desk computer. I'd absolutely LOVE a tablet computer for Christmas....so Santa, if you are out there, that is my request! It would be so much easier for me to be on the bed and able to compute, than spending hours of back-breaking time at the computer in the computer chair. But, I'm happy to have a computer. I remember the days after my laptop died and we had NO computer. That was rough.
Anyway, I can't stay long as my hubby has a doctor's appointment in an hour. He sees the pain specialist today.
I have been seriously considering to delete my blog. It just is getting too difficult to maintain. I would have hoped that with losing weight, it would have improved my back and neuropathy pains, but it hasn't. I think it's almost worse. But don't worry, I'm not going to gain weight to make it better!!! I'm still on a zillion meds and my rheumatologist switched me to Cymbalta when the Savella was causing too many weird side effects. The Cymbalta has been great for the fibro, but it's causing my blood pressure to shoot sky high!! Ah, good ole' side effects!!
So, to my readers of my blog, if you want me to continue the blog, please let me know via the comments section. I'd love your opinion!! If you like reading my blabber, I'll continue!! :0)
Hugs,
My Husband and Kitty Son, Jack

Good Golly!
Howdy, everyone! I am just SO embarrassed to show myself around in here. I re-read the post I did the other day, (when I thought it was Wednesday but it was Tuesday) and just about died! First of all, there were so many typos. I'm such a perfectionist. Secondly, I got the year of my mom's death wrong (it was 2008, NOT 2003) and thirdly, I almost screwed up my whole blog by redecorating it and deleting things I still needed!!! My comments are a mess. They don't show up on the blog, but I saw them in the settings for Blogger. I use a platform called "Disgus" for my comments and accidently deleted it, so it wasn't available to visitors to use. They used the Blogger platform instead. I fixed the problem and added the Disgus widget back onto the blog, but now it won't import the comments from Blogger! And just when things can't get anymore screwy, I deleted my networked blog widget and had to put THAT back on!!! Do I have a brain? I think NOT!!!! I need a vacation to a tiny remote island where I can sit in a beach chair, under a palm tree with a drink with a tiny umbrella in it. Do you think that would work? Knowing my luck, the WORST hurricane known to man would come!!
Thank you so much for commenting on my post about my mom. One visitor had asked me how I do it, survive without my mom, and the answer is: one day at a time. And when it gets really hard, one MINUTE at a time. I can't believe it's been over three years since I last heard her voice, her laugh and felt her hugging me. It tears me up inside. It's like a giant wave that overwhelms me and then goes back to sea and gives me a little peace. Losing her was the hardest thing I have faced in my life to date. And I do agree with Heather (a blog buddy of mine who recently lost her mom, too) that they are up in Heaven shaking their heads at us. If my mom could have read that post I butchered so badly, she would have been on my case for sure! Her favorite subject was English and she took great joy in pointing out my typos! :0)
I went to the rheumatologist recently and he lowered my dose of Savella to 25mg twice a day and added 600mg of Ibuprofen three times a day. My fibro has been so-so. I still get those bad pains in the legs from the neuropathy and the medications do little to stop it. My primary care doc is in the process of weaning me off the morphine. I was on 200mg a day, now it is 160mg a day. My back is the usual horrible. But I want to return to work soon and don't want all those medications hanging over my head. It just wouldn't look good, would it? Perhaps I'm nuts to think that way!!!
I hope everyone has a great day and thank you for reading my posts.. no matter how many typos I do!!

Dad Update
Howdy, everyone!
Thank you so very much for your prayers for my dad. He is now back on his seizure medications and is at Gina's house for the time being. He fell on her porch and had to go back to the hospital for x-rays on his shoulder! Poor guy! I'd say, what can happen next, but we ALL know to never say that!!
As for me, my fibro is acting up a bit. Gee, wonder why? I ache all over and sleep in little bits and pieces and have been having very strange dreams. The Savella I take for the fibromyalgia can sometimes cause strange dreams, though. My hubby is doing better after his fall over our kitty gate, but his ribs are so sore that he is using those lidocaine patches that help numb the area. Hey, Dad, you should ask for a lidocaine patch or some lido cream for your shoulder. It really does work!!
Jackie is his usual self, in "his" cabinet with my towels and vitamins. Dont' worry, everything is sealed tightly to keep a furry kitty face out of things!! Here's his picture:
He just cracks me up. I think he is the most special kitty to date that I've had the honor to own. He's so very spoiled on kitty treats, though, and loves to snuggle. Very affectionate for a cat!! Don't tell him this, but next month is his grooming session. How he loves those!!!
That's it for now. Just trying to survive the 115 degree heat. And we have to go to the grocery store in that!! Thank God for air conditioning.....

A Time To Change
Howdy, everyone!
I'm so sorry I haven't updated the blog in a few days. I have been working ON the blog, though, with decorating it for fall. I decorated all my blog's pages (about me, my mom, ect.) with adorable fall critters from Helena of Graphic Garden. She is my all time favorite graphic artist and I spent a good chunk of change to get the graphics when mom and I had the desktop theme website. Then we stopped it and I worried about how I could utilize the graphics still. Now I have this blog and it works out beautifully again!! Yay! So make sure to take a peak at those pages all decorated up! :0)
I have that new page, "Blog Awards" up and running. I haven't received any comments, though, regarding your blog's URL so I can visit. Don't be shy - I love a wide variety of blogs and would love to see YOURS! I also put new awards up. I think I kept just one of the "old" awards. I just didn't like how they looked. So to those sites I just awarded with the old awards and you like the newer ones better, just let me know and you can have one of the new ones. The new ones are soooo much cuter!
On the health front, nothing much going on here. I think I told you in the last post that Frankie's drain moved out of where it should be, and we have no clue where it's at now! So Tim, the home health nurse, talked with the doctor and they discontinued the flushes. It figures. We worked so hard to get the flushes (insurance won't pay for them) and now that I have a whole jug of normal saline, we can quit the flushes!!! ARGH!!! Life is so frustrating sometimes!! Of course, he has his appointment with the surgeon on Tuesday, who will probably pull the drain anyway AND his oncologist and I have my rheumatology appt. on Wednesday. So we have a busy week ahead of us.
Frankie is doing much better since we knocked back on the Savella. I only give him 50mg at bedtime and that's it. I think it was just too sedating for him and made him act like a "zombie." Now he's talking more, laughing and interacting with the family. I love it again!! :0-) Of course, it could have NOTHING to do with he is having his drain removed on Tuesday, now, could it? LOL! He hates that drain and I can't say I blame him. I hate it, too!
I'm not doing so great. My legs hurt so bad I'm on the border of just wanting to let out a primal scream of sheer pain and swollen beyond recognition feet!!! I've been wearing that special boot on my left foot and it does help a lot to the regards that I no longer have that searing arch pain. The calf on my right leg hurts so much, though, and it radiates to my whole leg. I think the ridiculopathy is getting to me!!! I've been using this neat gel called "Polar Frost." and it works even better than "Bio-Freeze" in my opinion. It's not messy or smelly like some creams. Here is a link to Amazon if you are interested in it. I highly recommend it! You can buy it in small tubes, large pump bottles or a roll-on.
I also use a cream called "myoflex." which is excellent, too. It really IS odorless and non-messy, not like some other creams can be. I really loathe smelling like a pharaceutical plant after I've rubbed on the smelly creams. I tried 'em all and this one gets my two thumbs up. The same with the "Polar Frost"...two thumbs up! Here is a link for the "myoflex" cream.
That will about do it for this post. I've been so exhausted, I'm falling asleep everywhere again, especially at the computer! I've got to find a way to get back into that deep, restorative sleep again. Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions? I've totally exhausted all my ideas (PUN intended!)
Oh, one more last thing. Way at the top of this page, in the left-hand side bar, I have a poll there I'd like you to partake in. It is asking if you like it when I put my poetry in the blog. I haven't gotten any "yay or nay" on it, and it does take work to convert the poem out of the word processing program into notepad so I can copy and paste it to the post. If you guys like them, it's worth the effort. If you don't, vote no and I won't waste the effort. Effort is gold these days!! The poll is annonymous, so don't worry about hurting my feelings. I won't know who says yes or no. Just say something and help me out. Thank you!!!
Hope you all have a blessed week ahead.
Love ya all!
Until next post,
Missys

Lonely
Howdy, peoples!
Hope this post finds you in as good as health as you can get....however, if you are anything like me, you are in agony! I don't know what hurts more-my back or my feet. The arch on my left foot hurts so much I can't even bend it or circle my ankles like I do to keep the circulation flowing through my feet. I had X-rays done when I went to the podiatrist last week so when I see him again on Wednesday, I'll ask him what showed up. My feet are so incredibly swollen that I've got cracks in the skin on the top of each foot. You'd need to send in a search party to find my ankles again. I'm just so scared that they are going to stay like this forever. I've had all kinds of tests, ultrasounds, X-rays that show NOTHING. The cardiologist I went to just shrugged it off as being a "gravity" problem because of my weight. I'm so tired of everything being the fault of my weight. What are they going to blame next when I lose the weight? My hair color? Yikes!!! It's just frustrating.
And then there's my husband. His pain specialist a few months ago started him on Savella. Why? I have NO idea. He DOESN'T have fibromyalgia and I think it is starting to mess with his brain. He has definitely changed in mood and mentation since he started the Savella. He just sits like a zombie either in bed or on the couch. This afternoon it took me two hours to get him out of the house to run errands. I thought the fresh air would do him so good. He has no energy, no motivation, no enthusiasm for anything. Even the computer doesn't interest him like it used to. So I'm logging in some quality hours but I'd rather have it be like it used to be where we share it and he was excited to play on it. Now it pretty much is mine for the taking...and I take it. But I'm lonely. He won't talk to me. I ask questions, he grunts answers. He says nothing is wrong, nothing is bugging him, he doesn't know why he's so tired.
I know he's been in the hospital a lot this summer. That can make anyone a little depressed. Nothing went like we planned and he still is carting around that drain that he hates. But we tell him that everything is OK now, we got through the rough parts together. And that when I start this lap-band journey, I'm gonna need all the help and support I can get. So, my mother-in-law came to the conclusion that he is over medicated. He has an appointment with the pain specialist, I plan on telling him everything and I think the Savella is the reason for it. He was on Prozac a long time ago and was a zombie then, too. He just doesn't do well with anti-depressants ....maybe because he doesn't need to be on them! So I think if we start weaning him off the Savella, maybe my husband will emerge from this lone figure on our bed or sitting on the couch. I can only hope. I told him today on our outing that the GPS unit talks to me more than he does! And it's true!! When he gets paid, I should get me a "Tickle Me, Elmo" doll...at least Elmo will laugh and giggle! What I wouldn't give to hear my husband laugh again!!
Onto other brighter things. Jack is such a cutie and believe me, he knows it. I wake at 5am, eat and start my computer duties. Jack thinks that he should have ALL my time and doesn't like me ignoring him when I'm on the computer. So what he does is he goes and I swear, he "body slams" himself against the closet doors, which then emits a rattle that just about rattles me right out of the chair!!! I have no choice but to open the door as he won't shut up until I do and yesterday morning he went in, got on top of a plastic bag full of clothes and all you could see was his cute little face peeking out behind a curtain of hanging clothes. Instead of scolding the little monster, I grabbed my camera instead and here he is:
Now how on Earth can I yell at something like this? Plus, he looks real worried, doesn't he? LOL! I took another one, farther away. I've titled it, "The Closet Has Eyes."
Isn't he something else? He just loves closets, drawers, shelves and anyplace else he knows I don't want him to be! And then he looks up at me with those big gold eyes and I can't for the life of me punish him. He has me soooo wrapped around his tail!!!
That pretty much is the scoop around here. I can't believe we are almost into September. Where has the time gone? I sure do hope September is a better month. We all deserve it.
God bless ya all!
Until next post,
Missy

Another Monday Rollin' Around
Good morning, everyone! Hope you all had a great weekend, not too much pain or flare-ups for us, the "fibromites!" Unfortunately, that is NOT true for this "fibromite." I feel worse today than I did yesterday. My husband and I were like bed bugs yesterday, couldn't get up the energy to even THINK about getting up the energy! Now, that is bad! My hubby slept until noon yesterday, whereas I was up at my usual time at 5am (so I can take my first round of pills for the day....yummy!) but then konked out at 3pm and my ding dong of a husband didn't wake me until 9pm! So I was late on taking my evening meds, hadn't had dinner yet and because I slept so long, I knew I probably would be up all night and that would leave a mess on Monday with regulating my body clock "back" to the usual times. One thing that I have learned very well in my years of having fibro is that you need consistency of bedtimes. I NEVER have had consistency, due to the fact that when I was working the night shift, that is when I felt the most alive. But I did find a way to make it work where I wouldn't be in one long continual flare-up. I would stay up all night, and sleep during the day until 5pm, whether it was a work day or not. Sure, it had its problems-not a whole lot of businesses were open at 3am. So if I had a doctor's appointment, I'd make it later in the day, say anywhere from 3pm-to-closing or when my shift would start. That worked out that problem. But now that I'm not working at all, I've trained my body to the "normal" rhythm of the world-I'm awake during the day and sleep at night. What a concept!
Sleeping, I think, is the most important concept in the treatment of fibro. Sleep is when the body regenerates itself from the brutality of the day. Muscle cells repair themselves when you sleep - that really DEEP sleep, not the "cat naps" that we "fibromites" are so good at! What happens is when day after day, night after night if you are NOT getting that good, deep sleep, your muscles don't repair themselves. And then they get cranky! And then they hurt like heck and then you are officially in flare-up. When I first started the Savella for my fibro in October of 2009, I had my doubts. I'd been on so many damn drugs, I'd lost count at 109....LOL! But my rheumatologist was so insistent I take this drug, I was beginning to think he owned stock in it. He told me that he had a lot of patients that were taking it with very good results. It's some kind of seratonin and norepinephrine regulator. Since he was so nice and cute to boot, I figured, heck, what's ONE more pill? So I started it.
It got to be mid november-6 weeks or so, and the only thing I felt was aggravation. The medication caused my already high blood pressure to get higher, so much that my primary doctor increased both my blood pressure meds. Secondly, that's when the profuse sweating had started. It got to be so bad, it looked like I just came from the showers and forgot to towel down! I couldn't live that, so I stopped taking it and let him know. He said he wasn't going to change it, I just needed more time on it. It can take up to 8 weeks on some patients. That would've been nice to know! Luckily, I only stopped the day prior to the appointment, if I remember correctly. So he gave me a lot more samples, as my dear insurance wouldn't cover it. My rheumy had to write a letter to get authorization and explained to them I've been on all the medications with little to no results. Whatever he wrote them worked, because the medication was then approved for a year. And, slowly, I started sleeping better and more deeply. My husband said I was talking a lot in my sleep, too and having whole conversations! I woke up feeling refreshed for the first time in a LONG time. So finally after all the years of pills and side effects, I found one that actually worked! YIPPEE!!
Well, anyway, I think why both my husband and I feel so rough today is last week WAS rough. Between worrying about his PET scan and worrying about my cardiac tests, we were both so worn out. And it getting so hot and muggy in Phoenix. The monsoon season is upon us early this year. Oh joy, oh bliss!! And with my sweating, excess weight and the fibro and we musn't forget the slipped discs in my lower back, getting around is murder! Hopefully this week we will find out more about the surgery-like when it will be. This waiting around is for the birds. Let's just get that tumor out and forget about it already!
And, lastly, to start out this perfect week-my TENS unit is on the blink. I think it has fallen one too many times and has a short in it. I can make it work again by gently hitting it against my palm or the table top. But I will definitely need a new one when my hubby gets paid. Luckily they are not that expensive.
That pretty much is it, to start out this Monday it is enough! Hope you all are doing well. Oh...a little update on my darling dad...he has his new apartment in Michigan and even hooked up the utilities AND contacted Social Security all on his OWN, without me reminding him. Will wonders never cease? I just hope it lasts. I hope he can continue being good like this. I know he can do it, it's just HIM that doesn't know it! But maybe with having his own apartment will bolster his self esteem and act like a responsible adult. I'll be praying my lil' heart out for him....or shall I say my STRONG heart? That's what the cardiologist said about my heart. Don't ya just love good news like that?
Take care and God bless!
Until next post,
Missy

Puddles....of Sweat!
Howdy! I found myself with a few extra moments and thought, "hey, I could write a little more in my blog!" How very addicting this blog is....and it's helped me in so many ways, to get things off my chest. If you've got things to share that are on YOUR chest, sign up for a blog and start blogging away...I guarantee you, you won't regret it. The ONLY thing I ask of you is....please leave me some feedback. It helps me to know what you like, don't like, so forth. Please tell me if I bore you to tears and you are to the point of unsubscribing! I'd hate for that to happen....but I can't read your mind. So PLEASE TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK! You don't have to like every post, but even just clicking the "like" button I have under each post tells me a lot. So far, the only one clicking it is ME! LOL.....so I'd really appreciate it if you could help me out in that way. Thanks!!!
I fell asleep again at 7pm tonight and woke up in a puddle of sweat again. I don't know if this is a fibro thing, a medication thing, or a "something else that hasn't been discovered" type of thing! Do any of you that have fibro and take the medication Savella have profuse swelling? I think I have narrowed it down to that medication, because before I was taking it, I was fine. Of course I'd sweat a little...who wouldn't in the blustery 110 degree heat of an AZ summer? But never in a cool house with a fan blowing on me all the time! When I go outside it's even worse. Yesterday when my husband and I went out on an errand, I was so sweaty, I could practically slide out of the car. My hair looked like I just came from the shower. It's been so oily, lately and that's because of the sweating. When I go out in public, I attract stares from all around because my shirt is stuck to me and my hair is sopping wet. I hate it!!! Does anyone have ANY advice for me? When I see the doctor again, I'll run it past her. She probably will stand there and cry because I've given her ONE more thing she can't explain or solve! I'm just one big question mark, I think!!!
My doctor is wonderful, That is half the battle of fibromyalgia. I'm sure those with it can attest to the fact that a bad doctor can make you feel terrible, they don't believe you, and you never want to go back to another one again. We ALL have had that. My advice is: give two, three or even four more docs a chance. NOT ALL of them believe the same, especially in today's world. When I was first diagnosed, I had a hard time finding a good doctor who even believed that fibromyalgia EXISTED, let alone believed in it, until I found the rheumatologist in La Jolla, CA at Scripps Clinic. But then we moved from Yuma to Tucson and it just got to be too far away to see her. We were in the process of moving from Tucson to San Antonio and to find a new doctor when mom got suddenly ill and died. That left me with the task of finding my wonderful doctor here in Phoenix. I wouldn't trade her in for ANYTHING. She saw me at my absolute worst and has seen me through the traumatic grieving of my mom's death, my flare-ups from Hell, my monster blood clot the whole entire length of my left leg and now the foot swelling and body sweating. I hope all of you can find an amazing doctor like I have.
Well, think I'll go back to bed and hopefully have a better day tomorrow. And I will continue my saga story of my past....it gets better, I promise! Hope you all have a good night and please do let me know what you think of my posts. I'd really appreciate it.
Thank you!!
Big hugs,
Missy

Merry-Go-Round
Good afternoon, everyone! Hope you all had a terrific Memorial Day yesterday. I honored my grandfather for his service in the US Army during WWII as a MP (Military Police.) He was very proud to serve his country and was in the Army for 4 years, 2 of those years overseas in France and Belgium. He didn't talk a lot about his Army days, just that Belgium was the most beautiful place he had ever seen. I miss my grandpa, he died in June of 1993 of end stage Alzheimer's and stroke. I am glad he is no longer suffering or scared to be locked inside a brain that doesn't know who the people around you are, or even yourself! Damn Alzheimer's disease! I could go on and on about how horrible Alzheimer's is, but we all know by now what devastating effects it has on the WHOLE family. I know I do - and I never want to go through that again!!!!
I woke up today feeling really crappy. Extremely exhausted (as if I'd been partying all night - I WISH!) and achy from head to toe. I took my morning pills, but they didn't work this time...just add to the exhaustion that I started out with. There's so much work to be done around the house, and I can't do any of it. My back is so bad, bending down is a nightmare. My legs feel like something is biting them, I feel little "pinches" down on the tops of my swollen feet. When I go to look, of course, nothing is there. And then they start to itch. When I scratch them, I get that all too familiar "pins and needles" sensation that lasts any where from 5-30 minutes. Then the pain starts back up. Around and around we go.....I'm on the symptom merry-go-round and where she stops....nobody knows!!!
For me, the most difficult thing about having fibromyalgia is the unknown. You really don't know what will be affected next-your arms, your legs, your whole body. You can't really plan anything, because on the day of whatever it is you want to do, you could wake up with a really bad flare-up and not be able to do anything! Then when you call to cancel, your friends or family think it's something personal. No matter how much you explain it's not them and you are NOT antisocial, they just don't seem to get it. There really is no set of words you can use to make them understand. What I figure is, if the person thinks you are important enough to TRY and understand your position and accepts you for who you are, great. If not, they really aren't good friend material anyway. And if it turns out to be family, then that's really sad that they can't take the time to investigate about fibro and what you are going through. In the years since I've been diagnosed, I've run into many types of scenarios. Especially with friends and my boss at the hospital. I've lost a few friends and many jobs due to the fibro and while it wasn't really my fault, it still hurts like hell that how people in the MEDICAL field could shun me for having to go home sick or not being able to come in for a shift. What the killer was when I did go into work and one of my co-workers would be ill, they would get entirely different reaction to their situation. "Oh, you should go home! You are sick!" I would get so irritated....why is THEIR illness more important than mine? Ughhhhhh.....how I remember those days when I was working. Now that I can't work at all and I can't seem to convince Social Security of that fact, I have all the time in the world to remember those old feelings I would get over preferential treatment handed out at my work place. I was never the preferred one!!
Fibro is really something else, I tell ya. Just when you think you have a handle on it, the handle breaks. I don't remember when I was in remission last from the fibro. The RA we have a good handle on with the Arava that I take for it, and Celebrex. I started on Savella last November and it took 8-9 weeks to totally kick in. It's a medication newly released for the treatment of fibromyalgia. I was so excited! NO medication had been "officially" listed for fibro, so this is a milestone. It regulates two neurotransmitters in the brain: seritonin and norephinephrine. I began taking it and like most everyone else, you think you should get an immediate response. I continued to take it and felt nothing different. Just right when I was going to stop, my rheumatologist convinced me to continue it for two more weeks. He was so emphatic about it, I wondered if he held stock in it or something! I did what he said and continued it for two more weeks. My insurance wouldn't cover it, so he'd been giving me dozens of free samples.
Finally, at about the 9th week, I felt better. A little more energy. I slept better, deeper. In fact, my husband said I turned into quite the sleep "talker." I'd have whole conversations in my sleep! When I told the rheumy that, he said it was normal. And normal to have the vivid dreams I'd been having. It also raised my blood pressure quite significantly, so my blood pressure meds needed adjusting, but after that, it returned to its baseline.
Because the insurance wouldn't pay for it, the doc wrote a letter to them and within the week, I kid you not, I had the medication all paid for by my insurance! I don't know what he said, but I like it! So I've been taking both Savella and Paxil for the fibro and some residual depression I have over my mom's death almost two years ago. I haven't had a problem with taking them both and am closely monitored.
I think I started to feel bad again because of many stressors in my life. My dad was acting up in Michigan and had a nervous breakdown and had to be taken to the VA hospital psych ward, but then was released (I think he just walked out as he was there under voluntary status after the initial 72 hour hold). He told me he was reviewed by a panel of 20 doctors who thought that after 40 years of abusing his medications, he's all better after one week of treatment! Oh, come on! And the moon is made of swiss cheese! I lectured him, told him this was his last option, as his sister can't allow him in her home anymore. Plus, he had punched holes in her wall and grabbed her arm when she wanted to leave. She was rightfully afraid of him. So was I. I still am, knowing what he is capable of when he can't get his drugs. Frankie and I just can't deal with that anymore. We finally have a relationship and I'm no longer pestered by my dad wanting more and more of my pain pills. I miss him and love him, sure. But that is where the line is drawn.
My dad never did stay in the VA rehab program. He went to a few sessions and now is staying with old family friends. I hear he is looking for an apartment for seniors and actually found one with a rent he can afford. He filed an application and I believe he moves in soon. Of course, he has no furniture, but he can worry about that. I have enough of my plate.
My other worries are of course, my swollen feet. But I'll find out if anything is up with my heart on June 11th. I figure it's nothing too bad or they would see me sooner, right? I haven't heard a thing about the sleep studies yet. And then my sweet, dear hubby. Having to go through this cancer crap again. I feel so badly for him. But we will get through this together. The surgeon has his test planned for this coming Friday to look down into his stomach and see what the "shadow" is that showed on the cat scan he had last week. He'll get the PET scan tomorrow. And probably surgery next week or the following. I'm glad they are moving fast...get rid of it as soon as possible!!!!
Well, my dear friends, my eyes are blurry and weary and the "fibro fog" is setting in fast. I can't remember what I wrote here, so please forgive me if I've repeated myself or gone off into the twilight zone. Just beam me back! I hope and pray for a better day tomorrow.
I hope you all are well.
Until next post,
Missy
